Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bookavo. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bookavo you agree to these Terms of Service and any product-specific agreements referenced here.

If you sign up on behalf of a business you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring your staff follows applicable laws.

Bookavo may suspend accounts that violate usage policies, pose security risks, or fail to pay invoices.

  • Keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
  • Provide truthful information for KYC, payouts, and tax reporting.
  • Ensure guests and staff understand any fees, deposits, or policies configured in Bookavo.

3. Platform usage

Bookavo grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with documentation.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use Bookavo for benchmarking or building a competing product without written permission.

4. Payments & fees

Subscription and transaction fees are outlined in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payouts may be delayed for compliance checks or risk review. We will notify you of any holds.

5. Service levels & support

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and publish real-time metrics on the Status page. Credits may apply if we fall short under your agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Bookavo retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform. You retain ownership of your content and grant Bookavo a license to use it solely to provide services to you.

7. Confidentiality & security

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for delivering or receiving services.

8. Term, termination & survival

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and a 30-day cure period.

Upon termination you must cease using Bookavo and we will provide a data export upon request.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookavo's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Bookavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
